I’ve always gone by the calorie rule. If calories in are less than calories burned thru exercise then you’ll lose weight. By cutting out sugar and fat, you automatically cut calories so it really amounts to the same thing. Lean pockets are pretty good although they do have a high sodium content (most frozen foods do) – add a small salad or piece of fruit for a healthy meal.
