i was going to have a lean pocket for lunch, but i dont know if the fat and sugar content are as big a deal as the calories–270
can i just focus on calories and lose weight?

    I’ve always gone by the calorie rule. If calories in are less than calories burned thru exercise then you’ll lose weight. By cutting out sugar and fat, you automatically cut calories so it really amounts to the same thing. Lean pockets are pretty good although they do have a high sodium content (most frozen foods do) – add a small salad or piece of fruit for a healthy meal.

  • do not eat anything out of a box or package because its not good for you eat stuff thats healthy and yes calories is a big thing in loosing weight but not the only
