If you lost a lot of weight ( like 70+ pounds or so ) than yes it could be. The skin stretches and then when you lose weight it doesnt shrink back. Thats why many people who lose a lot of weight also get surgery to get rid of the extra skin. My old chorus teacher did that.

Unless less it is dramatic weight loss then you shouldn’t see any skin loose.
