Jump Start Body Fat Loss Using Nutritional Timing

I am going to share how you can get a jump start on body fat loss using a technique called nutritional timing. This is a way of shifting the time of day you eat certain foods so your body uses them more efficiently. If you have been a slow loser in the past or you simply want to jump start your progress, then I encourage you to take a couple of minutes to read on.
Body Fat Loss
When we are looking at nutritional timing and how it relates to losing body fat we can focus on one type of nutrient in particular and that is carbohydrates. Carbohydrates are an easy source of energy for your body and your body will choose them first when it needs to produce energy.
But what we must consider is how your body changes throughout the day. In the first half of the day your metabolism is on the upswing and the carbs you eat are easily used for energy because your body has an immediate need for energy.
Therefore to use nutritional timing to lose body fat you will want to shift when you eat carbohydrates. Finish eating carbs by lunchtime and then after lunch avoid carbs and fill your body with lean proteins, vegetables and good fats.
As your day goes on however, your body’s metabolism and energy needs start to go down, now when you eat carbohydrates your body becomes less likely to convert them to energy and more likely to store them as fat, which is literally stored energy.
This will not only allow you to use the foods you eat more efficiently, it will also create an internal environment in your body that favors the burning of body fat for energy in the evenings, giving your fat loss a jump start.
