I workout about 4 times a week and i was just wondering if there are any safe weight loss supplements that can help me along. Im just afraid because i know that some are dangerous and i care about my health.
How Good Is The Fitness Quest Total Gym 1100?
Hey i want to get a nice body. i have been running and all but i dont really wanna get my arms and legs big just get them toned and mostly work on my abs and chest. Would the Fitness Quest Total Gym 1100 be good for working my abs in a good fast way?! like i said im not really looking for weight lifting just somethin i can tone my muscles up and get a nice chest and abs?
Where Am I Going Wrong With My Weight Loss?
I am aiming to lose approx 24 pounds.
I began seriously working on this 20 days ago.
I eat about 1100 calories a day, mostly carbohydrates.
This includes 4 cups of tea/cofee.
I walk for an hour every morning.
So far my weight loss has been 2 pounds in 20 days.
Where am I going wrong?

What Is The Best Sony Ericsson Walkman Phone With That Fitness Thing Where You Can See The Calories You Burn?
I lost my ipod and i need a new phone so i decided why not just get one of those. I want to store a lot of songs on it so it can be like an ipod for me too but i also want that fitness feature some of them has so i can see how many calories i burn when i run/walk. A person who is doing low calorie and eating healthy with exercise or a person who is doing low carb?
and so far the low carb person has loss weight quicker than the person with low calorie and excercise? who would win based off of that information and why has he lost weight quicker?
How Can I Maximize My Fitness In 2 Weeks For A 2 Mile Run?
In 2 weeks, I have to run 2 miles in a competition. I used to be pretty fit, last year I finished in 9:47. The problem is, I had shin splints for the past 6 months and I have done no running – only occasional cycling. My body fat is still pretty low (between 8 & 10%), and I was wondering how to train for this upcoming event in order to get the fastest time possible. Any Ideas?
