What Percentage Of Ones Daily Diet Should Be Dedicated To Protein?

I eat very healthily; however, I worry that I am not getting enough protein for the amount I workout (4-6 days a week, 1-2.5 hours a day). Right now, protein makes up between 15-20% of my diet. Is this sufficient? Please keep in mind that I don’t believe in any of that no carbohydrate, protein only diet crap. Right now I eat lots of fruits and veggies, whole grains, nuts, lean meats, tofu and other soy products.
