Does resveratrol really help you lose weight? Can you finally throw away those “fat jeans” simply by popping a pill? We’d all love for it to be true, right? I know that I would. But does it all ad up, or are all of these ads you see, and all of these articles you read, simply all full of bull, bunk and BAD information?

The REAL Truth About Resveratrol & Weight Loss

Science simply isn’t completely sure. While there is MUCH to be excited about, there remains much we truly don’t know. Such as – will the remarkable weight loss studies done in the lab with resveratrol and mice, for example, translate equally as well in humans?

We simply don’t know. But the good news is that in many private trials, it appears to be the case. And many folks taking this powerful, magical and mysterious anti-oxidant report all sorts of similar benefits to those seen in lab trials.

And will the famous “caloric restriction” effect that many dietitians and weight loss researchers have cited as resveratrol chief benefit in the fight against obesity…..REALLY hold up over time?

And many are reporting dramatic weight loss, energetic increases and other amazing benefits that have many of us super excited. But are they placebo effects…..or really the resveratrol doing it’s thing?

I’m not prepared to say either way….just because I simply don’t know. But results are what count – and regardless of what’s making them happen, lots of early resveratrol adopters are super enthusiastic about the future! (and that’s good enough for most)
