Warm Water And Lemon Juice First Thing In The Morning- Helps With Fat Loss?

I read that drinking hot water with lemon in it first thing in the morning helps to get rid of fat cells, along with exercise.
Is this true? and how much lemon with how much water?

    no hot lemon drink is ment to clense your system out

    That is actually a home remedy for constipation..
    So I guess it could help you lose weight, but it would only be temporary.

    The myth that this helps burn fat comes form the fact that if you drink plenty of water, your stomach will fill up with liquid and you’ll be less likely to eat more than you need to to remain healthy.
