Wine, beer, liquor? Even though we’re all involved in our own individual exercise and diet programs, isn’t there a “best” libation people can enjoy with moderation?

Yes it does. Alochol makes you dehydrated beyond what is normal. Your body is 80% water. You need to stay hydrated and keep your water levels up for your body to work properly and produce results for you. The way you determine how much water your body needs is simple. Take your weight and divide by two. That number is the number of ounces of water you need everyday!

Alcohol is alcohol. I drink one or maybe two glasses of red wine daily. It never affects my nutrition or exercise program. I work out at 5am and eat dinner at 6pm with my wine. Eat healthy, take your multivitamins and get plenty of rest.
