Good Job & congrat on the weight loss !!!!! YAY!!!!! for you. The treadmill is only cardio…. Instead of investing in a machine, why don’t you consider joining a gym/ health club? They offer plenty of other cardio machines ( ellipticals, bikes, stairmill etc ) and plenty of resistance machines to tone the different muscles of your body. Go to a local gym, many offer a free tour or a week trial membership to try and see if it’ll work for you . =)
I would suggest crunches crunch twists ( well i call them that) you lay down with your hand bei=hind your head and bring youe left arm to your right leg and then go back downa nd bring your right arm to left leg
