
Im on W.W. and I have lost 11 pounds, weight loss stopped,but I don’t work out much. so I am guessing I need more exercise in my routine.Any suggestions? Which workouts are best?

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). It’s the same workout given to the olympic Japanese speed skiing team, so don’t come into it thinking it’s gonna be easy by any means.

I know someone who lost around 50 lbs in 3 months dojng a high intensity spinning class. (on a bicycle) he went 3 days a week and stuck on the w.w. diet and lost 50 lbs from christmas to march 30th

swimming is a great cardio workout with low impact. running is also great cardio. if you want something fun and less monotonous try cardio-kickboxing or aerobics.
Power walking — it keeps you in the fat-burning zone.
Cardio is cardio. are you lifting weight as well? Slight increase the intenisty over time.
Walking is good! I use to walk 1-3miles a day.

Swimming and walking to start, you don’t have tokill yourself for a good workout and to see results, as you get more fit, it will get easier, you can go longer and harder.
