What Can I Consume Today/tonight To Weigh More For A Weight-loss Competition Weigh-in Tomorrow?

“Biggest-Loser” style weight loss competition starts at my job tomorrow. I want to win. I need to weigh as much as possible tomorrow for the initial weigh in. What should I eat/drink? I have to wear shorts and t-shirt for weigh in (no rocks in pocket OR ANYWHERE ELSE). Help!

Rice and pasta hold water. when I was with weightwatchers my leader used to say don’t eat rice the night before a weigh in. Have a nice curry and loads of rice – maybe rice pudding for afters! Drink milk too – even skimmed as it turns to solds. Have a good drink right before you weigh in too (and don’t go to the loo unless you really have to!)

Eat a couple of large pizzas for breakfast. couple dozen donuts for lunch, another pizza for a dinner and a couple of pounds of pasta.

Have some integrity and change nothing from your normal habits… If your gonna win you want to feel like you did it cleanly and you earned it. Also, I would hate to see someone who actually put in the hard work to be cheated by someone who gorged themselves before the competition. The purpose for your competition is to get healthier by promoting good eating habits.
