I can’t do curl ups it always hurts my neck. So what exercise can I do to get rid of belly fat that won’t hurt my neck? I can’t buy anything so please don’t suggest anything where I have to. Oh and I already run every morning.

    curl ups actually dont do much at all so i suggest you have a healthy diet first of all, and the daily running WILL HELP. Your stomach is first to reduce if you run! Also, an easier thing is to breathe in and out. (inhale 10sec., exhale 10sec.)

    Yeah, I know, they hurt my neck too. I just do regular sit ups, and take breaks in between.
    I’ve increased my intake of water, and that helped my belly fat a lot.
