Okay, I have more fat around my middle, butt and thighs, but my arms and calfs and feet and upper body is super thin. How can I balance out? my eating habits aren’t that good. I only eat usually once a day, around 5. But i don’t eat grease or fried foods. Also, I don’t drink pop, only juice and water, and green tea. which exercise routine is the best for me? Should I run or walk? Is brisk walking just as effective as jogging?

    There is no real exercise to just target one area. There’s a myth saying that if you work a specific area out, it’ll remove the body fat from that area, however it’s false.
    You should probably just jog at a steady pace. You can always choose to jog a little bit faster as you progress. ALso, one thing you should NEVER do is to run every day. It builds stress and can also cause injury in the long run. You should eat more times a day so your body’s metabolism will rise and help you burn more fat, but stay healthy. Breakfast is important too. Eating an apple and some bread in the morning would give you more energy than eating some leftover dinner or an early lunch.

    first of all, eating only once a day isnt going to help you in the long run at all.
    you should be eating 4-6 small meals a day every 2-3 hours.
    Jogging is probably more effective than walking because it burns more calories per hour.
    I think you should go for a morning jog, and maybe do some gym at night ?
    Just try to keep as active as you can. Also go to http://www.calorieking.com to count up your calories.. most people should eat between 1200-1500 calories a day to lose weight.

    May be lot of people will tell you that this is impossible (to lose fats on some body parts), but I think there is a hope.

    Try lying down on your back, and lift both of your legs up and hold them up there for as long as you can. It might hurt a bit but that’s your abs getting toned, it should burn the fat on your stomach…

    try to spread ur meals and eat more! brekky is ur most important meal of the day. anything cardio will help u get rid of stomach fat, running??

    running will help burn the fat. but if you want to tone up your hips and waist maybe you could try hula hooping.
