I am 30 yrs old, 5’1 and 119 lbs. I feel like the more exercise I do, the tighter my jeans get around my thighs. They are looser around the waist, but not my thighs. I am walking/running 2 miles. I am scared to start lifting at the gym again because last time I gained weight and became frustrated. Any ideas
