    HEY go 4 a walk in the morning or in the evening, m damm sure that it will help u a lot to burn ur calories.
    but if u want to burn ur calories in a fast way then u have to do cycling,
    coz cycling iz the easiest an simpelest way to burn calories,
    m not kidding, it really works,
    try it first and after that u have to choose me as a best answer

    Your body takes up to 48 hours to heal itself after heavy weights, all the while using up calories to do this. You will not get muscley as you have a calorie deficit so yourbody will get the extra energy it needs from the stored fat, thus making you thinner.
    It will also maintain your muscles, thus making you more and more toned as the fat drops off you.

    The guy has all sorts of qualifications and experiance, and hes a doctor in somthing lol.
    He wrote a plan for me a while back and its brilliant.
    Its very quick, and i enjoyed the attention lol. Give it a go
    Also you don’t have to keep buying as you just mix the program about a bit.

  • the eliptical machine burns tons of calories and gets your heart rate up without lots of stress on the body. its the next best thing to running. I also hear “REBOUNDING” is awesome (mini trampoline), but I havent tried it yet.

    the best way to get rid of calories is running or swimming. Also you can do sit ups that would help a lot too

    kickboxing!!! go to a kickboxing class and look at the bodies! proof in itself. I just started a few weeks ago and it is not as scary as I thought.
