What Is A Good Summer Exercise Plan For A 13 Year Old Girl To Follow?

Hi, I’m thirteen and this summer I would love love love to get in better shape! I eat a pretty healthy diet and don’t snack on junk food very much. I’m all for exercising, but I’m not really sure what’s a good goal to set for myself or what kind of exercise I should do… I’d love to improve my stomach muscles and upper body strength, as well as some cardio exercise as well. There are a lot of websites that you can look into. Sparkpeople.com gives you exercise routines and food advice and recipes all for free after you sign up (which is also free). You could always buy fitness videos and do them at home. Turbo Jam is excellent but it’s pricey; you can find cheaper videos on Amazon, Target, Walmart that are still very effective. Or, there’s always good ol’ fashioned jogging.
