		<description>The  best way to gain weight is to eat lots of protein and your carbohydrates. Like your meats beef joints, steaks, lamb, and pork, preferrable alot of fat around it. Dont forget about eggs in the morning, raw if you can manage, if not fried. For carbs you gotta eat alot of pasta. Especially egg pasta or carbanara (cream sauce). 
If you wanna put muscle on the easy way without steriods of course lol. You can try muscle building supplement pills like Universal Animal Max, and Maximuscle Cyclone.
