I have a denise austin pregnancy workout 3 DVD collection that I got with my first pregnancy. It’s aerobics, and it goes by trimester. I love it…you should look into this and they also have paladis (sp?) for pregnancy now. Remember, you can’t do a whole lot with your abs, and the eating formats you have the next nine months will be hard to break, so still watch what you eat. You’re not really eating for two…the placenta naturally wards you off from foods that you don’t need by making certain ones smell revolting to you. (My doc was telling me this friday lol) Whatever you did before, right now, keep doing, just avoid the crunches and situps…walk, jog, run…thought I can’t immagine right now you feel like doing much of anything lol. (is extremely warn out lol)

You really need to speak with your doctor. If you are physically fit and are not high risk almost any exercise is safe but you will have to slow down. You are carrying with child.

I swam everyday. It is low impact, but gives a great work out. My husband is in the army and since he is fit, i try to stay in the best shape I can. I was back down to a size 3 in 3 weeks and I only gained 17 pounds. So swim your heart out. Good Luck.
