Hoodia, so I hear, natural appetite suppressant comes from some rare African cactus, I never tried it …as I do only the exercise and drink water crap – but I hear and read it is THE diet pill now!!!
I work as a pharmacy tech. There is no health “pill” for weight loss. All it takes is determination and belief in yourself. I know that sounds corny and silly, but it is the truth! Most of the pills are laxatives or water loss pills. Laxatives are not good to take for weight loss, you will loss many nutrients and things that your body needs. Please just try determination and belief in yourself. You will feel MUCH better about yourself.

Eat good brekfast..Cut all bad carbs from your diet..drink lost green tea..take at lest 6 salmon oil pills a day..add grapefrut to your every meal..and be active..I lost 75 LB..It works bolive me.Im 40 years old..130Lb and I feel great…Salmon oil ..and green tea is the best fat burner there is..good luck

stop eating fatty takeout food. Seriously, if you exercise and drink water and do everything right you would not need a pill.

Eat healthy and exercise, there is not quick solution to fat loss unless you have surgery.
