    The best way to loose weight is to reduce your food intake and increase your activity. I work out at a gym about 3 times a week, and I noticed the biggest improvements were made while I was drinking about an ounce of Acai juice every morning and before going to bed, but as I said, I work out, and it may not have any effect if you do not.
    Cardio workouts are sooo boring and you don’t see fast results, so its easy to get discouraged, my solution to that is weight lifting. It gives you goals and increases your metabolism. That’s what keeps me going back. If you get into a weight training schedule it will keep you going to the gym and you’ll see fast results.
    BTW, your maximum goal should be 2lbs a week. I go up and down about 5lbs in a matter of days, but when I was loosing a lot of weight it averaged to about 2lbs a week.

    weight loss pills won’t exactly help because it’s not natural. So if they do work you’ll lose weight fast, but you’ll gain it back just as quickly and maybe more because it’s not an actual lifestyle change you’re putting yourself into, just a chemical quick-fix.
