1. Cardio (running;  walking; swimmming; biking .....) for 30 mins per session.
2. Strength train for 20 mins per session.
3. Then throw in stretching for 10 mins per session.

		<description>Besides going to a gym, I would suggest taking up running.  It&#039;s great for cardio and slimming down, plus it strengthens muscles and joints and you will feel increased energy.
Yoga is a great exercise to get into as well.  There are different forms of yoga, one to relax and calm your body after a stressful day and another to revitalize your energy which is great in the morning.  
I know a few girls that do you Yoga and their muscle tone is spectacular and that&#039;s all they do (besides following a healthy diet.)
