What’s The Difference Between The Two Exercise Bikes At The Gym?

Fat Loss 4 Idiots

Hi,
You know how at the gym, they have one exercise bike that’s higher up, and more vertical, and one that’s lower and horizontal? What’s the difference between the two? Such as benefits, and working the different muscles…?
Thanks!

one is an upright the other is a recumbent bike. They both do pretty much the same thing, but some of us find the recumbent bike more comfortable.
