I need to get my period a few days earlier than I usually do, so don’t say something like “omg why would you want to get it earlier?” cuz i do.
so is it true that if you exercise and reduce your stress levels, that it will come a bit earlier? if not, what else can i do?

i think exercise makes it later because athletes usually get later periods and sometimes even skip them
