Would Weight Loss Take A Strain Off Of My Immune System?

Fat Loss 4 Idiots

I am currently, a 16 year old male “6.1″ and I weigh 220 pounds and and I would like to lose some weight. I am also suffering from a mild case of Tinea Versicolor, “a skin infection that targets people with weak immune systems” so I was wondering if a sufficent amount weight loss would give my immune system an extra boost it needed to fight it?

I’m not going to get into all the science and details of it (please don’t dock my chances of best answer) but yes it would realve your immune system quite a bit. And it would also build up your other systems to assist the immune system.

of course it would. though your weight doesnt sound too high for your height.
but, maybe your light boned like me haha.
but yes, extra weight puts a lot of strain on a lot of aspects of your body.
so it could help. but do some research about other things you can do to boost your immune system.
    try talking to your doctor.
