Why run? After a heavy weight session, why would you want to cut into your hard earned muscle? By running you are doing to much high intensity cardio, you don’t need this after a training session….walk(low intensity/no incline) after training 25min for fat loss….you’ll hold onto your lean muscle, save your running for interval training on your days off!
