Hey I’m looking to start the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet to get back into shape after the holidays. Has anyone tried it?

I bought in and started it today ……………will let you know if it works.

Forget the diet. Save your money. Do what works. Eat healthy protein and vegetables, go easy on the carbs, lift weights and do aerobics, get plenty of rest, drink a lot of water.
