Hello, I’m planning on swimming for around 90 minutes 4 times a week and obviously will try to eat healthy. My question is, how long would the results take to start showing doing this kind of exercise?

Depends on where you are in your fitness level and how intense your swim is. But you will feel it mentally first, swimming helps you de-stress and the physical exercise helps you feel more awake, alert and happy.
