How Can I Prevent Breast Weight Loss?
![]() |
I’ve been trying to lose weight for a few months and think I’ve lost about 15 lbs at most. Some of it seems to be in my stomach/thigh/hip area; however, I am concerned that dieting will cause me to lose my D cup breasts (one of the few features about myself that I like). I know that weight loss cannot target certain areas of the body, but is there any way to prevent/monitor this?

just don’t do anything that will make your breastss have muscle!
It’s inevitable that you’ll lose weight in the breasts. Don’t let it stress you though, cause if you look slim and are stuck with C cups the guys will still be all over you
Breasts are mostly fat, so if you want to lose weight you may have to sacrifice your breast size to reach that goal.
