I’m starting the new year and I want to start a new diet, I’m not trying to lose weight, but I want to make a diet that allows me to eat all the things I should be eating, and leave out the things I shouldn’t be eating. I want to eat healthier, where do I start?

First off, if you want to start eating healthier, try adding fruits and vegetables to your meals. Try to look for healthier alternatives, like baked chips instead of fried, wheat bread instead of white, lean meat and chicken instead of the usual. Try to incorporate veggies into your everyday meals and you’ll be on your way. And if you can, drink LOTS of water ! It gets rid of some toxins in your system and gets rid of bloating and fatigue. Remeber, water is very important. It cant just happen overnight, you have to build up to it. You must have a whole new mindset, look for healthy alternatives and know thats its a lifestyle change :]

start by cutting doen your portion size slightly (not rappidly) as this would make you ill.
also, start training, either light or strenuous. best to do this first thing in the morning if you have time as it gets you ready for your day of calorie intake and allows you to intake more calories in your day and still loose weight. just light running for half an hour to an hour. 3 to 4 times a week. lorts of cardio.
