How Do You Keep Yourself Motivated When It Comes To Starting An Exercise Program?
![]() |
I am trying to lose weight by cutting down on food portions, drinking more water, eating more fruits and veggies, and exercising. However, I am struggling to stay motivated when it comes to the exercise part. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks!

Try exercising first thing in the a.m. And keep thinking about how great you’ll feel when your done. I do this every a.m. and have lots more energy and feel better mentally when done. It also reduces my appetite. Once I get started, it only take the first 5 minutes to start getting a good feeling. I watch the early show on TV while I’m on the stationary bike and then treadmill. I’ve lost 90 pounds in 18 months since I started this routine. If I can do it anyone can.
My field is in fashion, as a result many people ask me how they can slim down. My answer is always the same: good diet and exercise. But I found this great product (all natural) which I think helps a lot in the process. I recommend you check this website
http://get-slender.us , they have a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling. Good luck!
Remembering what it is that I want most and knowing it will not be easy. I try not to think about it too much just get my butt up and get movin! LOL!
Find an exercise partner. It’s easier to skip a workout when you are on your own. If someone else is counting on you, you’re more likely to show up.
The other suggestion that I have is to find an exercise program that you enjoy and makes you feel good. It is much easier to stick with it when you are doing something that you look forward to.

Hi,
I’ve tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don’t work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it (it’s 100% natural). The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That’s why I recommend you check this product at http://better-life-thinner.us where they have a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling.
Good luck!
