    * first of all warm up your body by stretching exercises or something like that then start your cardio exercises …
    * even after exercise strecth a bit
    * Increase your exercise time slowly..first start with 15 min daily do so for 1 week then increase your time to 25 mins like that slowly increase the time and even the intensity of exercies
    * do not work out 7 days a week….give a day break atleast muscles need rest.
    * have a protein food immediately after a strenous workout
    * Donot stop exercising when you have sore muscles instead do for less time…if you give break it will be the same once you start
i have written all the possible reasons for sore muscles and tips
    hope it is helpful
    goodluck

When you exercise, the bacteria in your muscles produce lactic acid, which makes your muscles burn. The more you exercise the more you get used to the feeling and more you are able to push yourself to do. But in the meantime when you work out remember to drink a lot of water, keep a balanced diet, and take an muscle relaxing bath. Heat makes the muscles feel better.
    Hope this helps!!
I was a dancer and learned this in biology.

mbt shoes can help you exercises that increase firming muscle.
Because of the specially designed sole, wearing MBTs significantly improves your gait and posture and relieves pressure on your joints and back. It also exercises a large number of muscles, whether you’re walking or standing. This, in turn, stimulates your metabolism, burns extra calories and speeds up muscle regeneration. In addition, MBTs can have a firming effect on abdominal, leg and buttock muscles.

Wassup, well yes after u workout you are going to get sore…that is why the next day you workout a different body part instead of the same ones…because those are sore. If you want to prevent soreness or reduce it i suggest to make sure you are eating enough good clean foods (chicken, whole grains, eggs, milk, vegetables and enough water or even a whey protein shake after your workout)….personally i dont get sore as bad i did when i started working out so im sure you will get used to it.

  • Ali:

Part of working out is getting sore afterwards. The best way to get rid of soreness is to, yes, do it again. You can also stretch afterward.

  • Mellypan:

just make sure you stretch real well before and after exercising. if you haven’t exercised in a while, you will be a little sore though. don’t do too much. start off easy and work your way up
