    limit simple carbs (white bread), dont skip meals, drink water throughout the day, eat clean protein, eat your veggies if you can manage to pick some you like. try to eat 4-5 small meals a day vs 3 big ones. Try a 20 min cardio session 3x a week followed by a short core workout (abs, light free weights) hope that helps
