I Need Some Help With Fat Loss?

okay, I’m 5’11, 17 years old, 165 lbs and I work in lawn maintenance so I’m walking for a good 4-6 hours a day, and I also go to the gym afterwards to do 1hour cardio and one hour of lifting how many calories should I eat a day to keep my body from resorting to eating muscle to survive but at the same time drop the fat in my body so I can remove my unwanted love handles and reveal my abs ext.
