What is the best method of weight loss? I’d like to hear from people with experience. It seems like I’ve tried EVERYTHING and nothing works. Even the conventional ‘eat right and exericise’ diet does nothing. Maybe I’m cursed.

1. You are not cursed.
2. The eat healthy thing sould be a lifestyle for overall health.
3. GET HAPPY. Don’t think about your weight, think about your life. Stress can make you put on weight without eating anything (some lose weight when they’re stressed, but they’re too stressed to enjoy it!). Don’t weigh yourself, go by how you feel, trust me.
4. Make sure you get enough sleep, not enough can lead to weight gain and depression.
5. Remind yourself how wonderful you are everyday. i.e. Put a note or picture on your fridge/ desk that expresses something you love about life or yourself. I have a happy face on my key-ring that says “You’re georgeous” when squeezed. Makes you feel good no matter who’s saying it! Put a favourite song on that you haven’t heard in years and dance to it.
I know this all sounds corny and daggy but it it the best way to lose weight without “working” at it. It honestly works, why do you think everyone loses weight when they fall in love? So the secret here is to fall in love with yourself for who you are, the way you are, now.
Trust me when I say that the only healthy way to lose weight and keep fit is the conventional ‘eat right and exercise’ method.. The trick is to be consistent and stick to it.. Eat proportional meals with lots of vege.. Say no to sweet and/or fizzy drinks.. Refrain from eating after 8pm.. Most importantly, exercise regularly.. 1 or 2 hours a day would be great! Not only you can tone up your body, you are actually a lot healthier than those who crash diet there’s no tomorrow..
Achieving a good balance between healthy diet and regularl exercise is my best answer for you..
Say no to starvation.. Say yes to healthy lifestyle..
there are so many and it hard to decide but they got ranked over here http://www.angelfire.com/planet/populard…
concentration camp, being a prisoner of war, running away from a serial killer for several days, speed… etc.
You have to find out what about your “eat right and exercise” method is failing. Are you hungry all the time? Do you crave specific things you can’t have? Is it that you don’t want to exercise when it’s cold out or you’re too tired before/after work? What is is that makes you fall off the wagon? Find out what contributes to it and write down the 2 or 3 things that contributed to your last couple of failures. That can help you find a diet/exercise plan that is different than what you have tried before.
That said, I like South Beach. Once you’re in “phase 2″, you’re basically eating right and exercising, and it’s not too hard because you can have as much food as you want, and you can have every category you crave–sweet, salty, meat, creamy, etc. You do actually have to follow it for it to work, but if you do it will help.

Dont starve yourself. Eat a balanced diet, and excersise daily.Dont try and of that tabloid trash. Eat fruit, nuts, veggies, meat, and stay away from uber sugary stuff and trans fats. Hydrogenated food is horrible for you. Eat organic, not weight loss pills or any of that trash
To lose weight, you have to burn more calories than you consume. That’s really all there is to it. It’s about the math.
So how do you burn more than you consume? Well, you need to know how much you burn, and how much you consume.
Start with how much you consume, because that’s something you can actually determine. Read labels. Track everything you eat. Measure or weigh all your portions. Keep a food log where you write down what you eat, when, and how much. Add up all your calories. After doing this for a while, you’ll be able to gauge what certain amounts look like and won’t have to measure everything.
So now you know how much you consume. How much you burn is not so simple. There are websites that can estimate your basal metabolic rate (BMR). This is the number of calories you burn at rest. You can also find estimates of how many calories are burned doing various activities. Note that these are only estimates, because everyone’s metabolic rate is different.
Once you have all information, either consume less or burn more as needed. If you can burn 500 calories more than you consume each day, that amounts to one pound of weight loss per week, which is a good rate to try for.
Starvation. It’s easy and quick….and save money too. I lost 30lbs.
