Is Eating Yogurt Before Sleeping Recommendable For Weight Loss?
![]() |
Ok, I’ve been eating yogurt every evening for 3 years, 2-3 hours before i go to sleep. I eat mostly fruit yogurts, furthermore i drink a cup of whole/skimmed milk every morning at breakfast. I’ve started my weight loss schedule a month ago and i’ve been working with full of enthusiasm on it (working out 6 days a week).
So I was wondering if any of you has any idea…
any hint is appreciated, thanks!

LOL at reina… yeah you should know by now. I think it’s fine, eating 2-3 hours before you sleep is ok. However I would keep dinners to 500-600 calories so if adding yogurt to that goes above that limit, then I would say its not that good…
Congrats on starting a weight loss schedule
