Is It Better To Eat All The Calories Burned During The Day Of Exercise Or Spread It Out?
![]() |
I’ve been trying to eat as many calories as I burn, no more and no less. But on the days when I exercise, it’s hard to eat that many, and on the days when I don’t, I’m still hungry when I hit the limit. Would it be just as good to spread out the calories eaten during the exercise day over multiple days?

Only eat when you are hungry, and only until you feel full….
Calories in, and calories out doesn’t work,
different foods travel thru your body at different rates….
A baked potato’s 500 calories might last two or three days, where as 500 calories in a salad might go quickly….
