I have been eating right, and working out, and consuming less than 1500 calories a day, most days, but I haven’t seen much weight loss yet, and it’s been about two weeks now that I am stuck at the same weight. When will I start to see it?? What can I do to speed it up?

    I began losing weight when I started to run (mind you I never ate properly but still…) At first, I wasn’t losing any weight at all! But then literally after a month, I began to rapidly lose weight. The reason behind this is it takes time for your metabolism to speed up. It gets faster the healthier you are (proper exercise and diet). Once it speeds up, you will lose weight very quickly.
    Two of my tips that I felt have always helped me shed pounds faster was
    a. eat like one treat of sugar or salt a day. You will look so much thinner and be less bloated! Sugar too, it makes a difference.
    b.try more cardio exercises versus weights or other types.
    Good luck. Stick too it. You’ll be happy. I ended up losing 20lbs and 15inchs in following 2 months after having nothing happen in the first month.

    I was in the same position once. Just give your body some time to get used to your new eating habits and within less than a month you’ll see drastic changes really.
