Is Sodium Bad If You’re On A Fat Loss/bodybuilding Diet?

By Diet | Nov 11, 2009

You need the tiny bit of organic sodium that is in fruits and vegetables. But salt is very fattening. Put 4 ounces in water and drink it and you will die. It causes a huge amount of water retention. See site below to learn all about salt (with inorganic sodium) and what the governor of CA says about it. Also learn why black coffee is fattening.

water retention is bad. Why lug around all that extra weight
    when you don’t need it.

not if you on a fat spree. It only retains water, but it could make you look chubbier than you are and might not supply your body with the right amount of water that it needs, so that could be baaaaaad
