    Taekwondo is a good sport i have done it for 13 years.
    it is a sport with a lots of movement good for the heart.
    if your young it is very good but if you are a little older it is a little hard to be flexible.

    yes, Martial arts is go and learn at your own pace, I train with a guy that is 300lbs 6ft he does what his body allows him.
