Which appetite suppressant did you use?

If you are eating healthily and exercising, then you should be losing weight. An anti-fat pill is a bad idea, and a poor substitute for actual exercise and healthy diet.
To lose weight, eat less frequently. Small, frequent meals full of carbohydrates are good was to gain weight.
Eat less carbohyrates and eat less frequently (three times a day will do it). Exercise more. Cardio-vascular exercises are the way to go. If you go to the gym three times a week, what are you doing and for how long? Even going for brisk walks will help you lose weight.
Rather than merely relying on the gym, try walking to walk etc. You will not notice the extra exercise you are doing as it will be for a purpose (going gym has no purpose but exercise, which is boring). Taking the stairs, or walking to the shops rather than using your car (good God, advising an American not to use his car!!) will all have an impact. Take your dog for an extra walk a day, or an extra two mile added on to the walk. Rather than sitting down in the evening to watch TV, have a roll around with your wife/ girlfriend/ boyfriend/ dog whatever. Not only will you lose weight, but your partner will love it.
Oh one more thing, and you won’t like it… I said reduce carbohydrates. Guess what? Beer is full of carbohydrates. Swap it for water. Water tastes nicer anyway and doesn’t make yu act like an idiot after drinking alot.

News 8 viewers put ‘water diet’ to the test
10:23 PM CST on Thursday, November 2, 2006
By JANET ST. JAMES / WFAA-TV
After News 8 aired a story on a simple water diet created by a Texan who
shed 70 pounds in seven months, responses poured in questioning if it
    really works.
So, six months later, News 8 medical reporter Janet St. James decided to
follow up with people who tried the “Before, During and After” diet.
Rebecca Huff of Dallas and John Lowe of Flower Mound were among those
who decided to give the diet a try, which meant more trips to the fridge
for both of them. However, these trips were not for food, but for water.
“These are a 10,” Huff said of her old pant’s size. “Now I can go in and
chose a size four off the rack. That’s lots of fun.”
In three months, Huff said she has gone down three dress sizes using
Blake Sylvia’s “Before, During and After Diet” plan, which was featured
    on News 8 in May.
The idea is to drink one glass of water before a meal, one during and
    another eight ounce glass after.
Experts have long said people should drink eight to ten glasses of water
daily. But structuring water into three easy steps is the idea Sylvia
said helped him lose big pounds.
“My energy level is higher than it’s ever been,” he said after losing
the weight. “I feel better than I ever have.”
Sylvia said dieter’s can chow down on whatever they want following the
    plan.
“There are no foods that are off limits,” he said.
According to a News 8 unofficial online survey, about a third of people
who tried the diet said it worked great, but 2/3 said they were too
discouraged by the frequent trips to the bathroom to continue.
Lowe admits he was water-logged the first week or so.
“I didn’t think it would work,” he said.
After trying the diet, Lowe said he is now 30 pounds lighter. For a man
who spends 12 hours a day at the computer, Lowe said the water diet was
    the jump start he needed.
“I could eat what I wanted and I would just eat smaller amounts because
the water would just fill me up,” he said. “I was just amazed and
    shocked.”
Five months after his and hers first taste of easy weight loss, Owe and
Huff said they are still drinking the water to quench their thirst to
get healthy and lose more weight.
