Is This Meal Plan Good? (for Fat Loss And Lean Muscle Growth) And How Much Calories Does It Have Total?

i’m 5’7 and 130 lb. i lift weights every other day and run intervals on the other days i dont lift. and i’m student so i’m not so active but i walk to each meal 10 min and 10 min back, and 20 min to school and back.
breakfast: cheerio + skim milk + 2 egg whites
breakfast snack: 6 egg whites + 2 whole wheat bread + 10 almonds
lunch: salad (lettus, onion, jalapeno, tomatos, green peas, no dressing) + 1 chicken breast
lunch snack: turkey sandwhich (2 turkey ham + 2 whole wheat bread + lettus + slice of tomato + jalapeno)
pre/post workout: 1 whey protein shake pre and post + 5 almonds
dinner: salad (same as lunch) + chicken breast + apple + 5 almonds
is that healthy and good for fat loss diet? and i think it has around 1800 calories but i’m not too sure. how much calorie does it have?

i think that this is a great meal plan. maybe try for breakbast to have cheerios + skim milk + a fruit such as a banana becuase you barely have any fruits in your meal plan. for the snack, try limiting the egg whites to just 3 or 4 and only 1 whole wheat breate. almonds are very healthy but you should only have 10 a day. your lunch plan is great but protein shakes are not good for you due to the amount of sugar in them, so try substituting that with a piece of fruit such as a apple, peach, orange, etc. i would think this would equal to about 1300-1400 calories. good luck!

You should try mixing it up a few days a week, and thats also a hell of a lot of egg whites.
