I know it doesn’t matter what time of the day a person could exercise, but should it be around the same time all the time?

What Is Your Perception Of People Who Have Had Weight Loss Surgery?

Doing research for a paper for Health class and need some opinions… what do you think of people who have had weight loss surgery??

What Is A Good Diet Plan For My Husband & I To Do Together?

I would like to find a diet plan (meals & exercise) that my husband & I can do together, but is easy at the same time. He will only walk or ride bikes with me. I have the Walk A Way the Pounds DVDs and he will not do them. He also expects to have a full meal on the table every night, but agress that he should not eat that much and needs to loose some weight. I am a diabetic and could really use some support in losing at least 10 lbs. We are both in our late 20′s to early 30′s and have a daughter who is active. She could do something with us, but I need ideas.

How Can I Maintain, Lose Weight And Keep A Specified Exercise Program During Winter?

I don’t like gyms and i’m too shy to go in one because people there are fit and muscly than myself. I have lost 20 kgs (46 lbs) over the past 6 months. I need to lose 10 more kgs (22 lbs) to reach my goal weight. But since it is winter where i am i want to be able to exercise, maintain and lost weight without having to use any gym equipment or go to the gym. What can i simply do?

I need to lose 22 pounds of body fat, fast.
I’m taking diet pills already, and I’m losing weight.
But I’m not keeping it off.
Last week I weighed 150, three days ago, I weighed 142, and yesterday, I weighed 146.
So here are my questions.
What are the fastest weight loss exercises that you know of? What should I burn (calorie wise) per day?
Is it better to eat a big(healthy) breakfast, a medium (healthy) lunch, and a small (healthy) dinner, or small (healthy) snacks throughout the day?

What Kind Of A Diet Should I Eat If Im Training For Usmc Boot Camp?

I am hoping to leave for Parris island A.S.A.P but I cant figure out what I should eat to keep up my energy, help build muscle mass and stay generally healthy. Normally I eat a “Japanese-style” diet consisting of alot of rice and fish, would be sufficient or should I switch things up for a while?
