
I have to come up with some exersice routines for elderly at my job. But they have to be able to do the exersice in wheelchairs so i cant have the pool thing, so if yhou have any ideas please tell me!

Resistance bands and movement exersices are probably your best bet. Bands should be available at most wal-mart like stores- they’re basically just bits of stretchy material (usually rubber-like) that a lot of rehabilitation centers use to help ease muscle/joint movement in a low-impact way (reducing the chance of injury). All you really have to do then is give them a band and let them stretch. Combine that with some tai-chi sitting movements and you’re good to go. Use the http://www.prevention.com search engine to look up specific exersices for each.
