Fat Loss 4 Idiots

How many push ups, pull ups, sit ups, what time in running, what other tests will i take and what is the number that i need to achive in each to pass that test?
Can you tell me of you’re experiences at the PRMC?
Can you tell me where you obtined this information?
Advice from current serving royal marines that have been through it would help a lot.

    6 pull ups
60 press ups in 2 min
    60 sit ups in 2min
    1.5 miles in 12.30min then
1.5 miles in 10.30min (best effort)
bleep test, reaching level 11 would be ok
They dont tell you how many marks you need for the amplitude test. On the interveiw two answers you will need to know is, when was the royal marines born and what is there motto and find out stuff about them in general. Then PJFT or RMAD, RMAD is an acquaint day to show you what life is like down Lympstone and to make sure your fit enough, you will have to do all the things above to pass. then PRMC, i’ll tell you about it when i get down there lol

If you go to the Royal Marines web site all your question will be answered. Good luck at Lympstone as you will need it. and my tip for you is. Marines are proud of the corp history you learn special dates and what the badge stands for and the colour`s on the corp belt what they mean Also look and learn on how many Marines there are and about each unit you will be asked when you have your interveiw with an officer at the end of your P.R.C. It takes more that speed and times and tests to be a Royal Marine !! Well they are the best fighting force in the world. If you can show this officer that you really want to be a marine by that you have taken time to find out what you say you want to be part of.Like I said we are proud of our corp history as that has made the Marines of what they are to-day! Good luck and I hope to see you at Lympstone.
