What Do People Do Naturally That’s Good For Stomach Exercise?

Fat Loss 4 Idiots

I don’t like exercise unless it’s part of my daily routine. For example I have awesome toned arms because I do a lot of lifting at work. What sort of things would be good for my abs?

Running, a lot. I’m not kidding, when you run you work your abs a lot. Also try doing crunches before hand. I do about 200-300 crunches 100 at a time, and then lift both legs for about a minute off the ground immediately after doing each set of crunches. Then if you run your abs receive a great workout.

the first thing that came to mind when i saw the word ‘naturally’ was laughing! :)
simple things like crunches can help, aim to do at least 3-4 sets of 20 reps per day. also holding the plank position for 30 seconds (x10 in a day) is good… bicycle crunches really work if you do them slowly, hold the final position for 2-3 seconds…
these are just starting values, once you get stronger increase the numbers of reps or sets..
im no expert, this is just what i do, and i like how its working so far :) good luck!
