I work out alot, have a good diet plan, however is still have some spots I am not happy with. Are there any pills that can focus on thes areas? Or are most pills just a rip off? Any help is apperciated!

    there is no pill that will make you lose weight in a certain area. mostly the pills are a ripoff. just eat right, drink plenty of water, and exercise at least 30 minutes each day and you’ll lose all over.

    The pills are a rip-off. After 3 days, your body adjusts to them and they are in-effective. A lot of them cause fluid loss so the weight just comes right back. You are doing the right thing. Look up specific exercises for your “problem areas” or consult a physical trainer. Best of luck!
