    1 Water blast – I love cold water. Drinking water is the number one tip for losing weight fast. Everyone should consume at least half the ounces of their own weight. For example: My weight is 142 pounds, so I should drink at least 71 ounces of water daily, which is half of my weight.
    Make sure the water is pure without toxins. Spring water is a great choice. The more water you can drink the better. Experts recommend drinking between 6-8 glasses daily, but everyone’s body is different. Overweight people should drink according to their body weight to make sure they get enough.

    You see before and after every meal you do 20 push ups.
    The 2 miles comes in twice as well. 2 miles in the early morning, and two miles in the afternoon. I recomend that you Jog/Sprint/Jog the entire 2 miles.
