I work a lot and the only time I have in my schedule for working out is about 1 hour per day. I need a routine that allows for this allotted amount of time, and focuses on a healthy body and a toned body. Thank you for your contributions.

You only need 30 minutes. You have the time.
Run everywhere you go. You’ll get there faster, so you’ll have a little more time, and you’ll burn a few more calories.
Pack as many of the 7 Disciplines into your workout per minute as possible. Look for workouts that use multiple disciplines at the same time. For example: weight training with a machine or free weights gives you strength and a little flexibility. The same time spent playing basketball will give you cardio, coordination and twist/bend. Do real life activities that use your body in a real way to maximize benefits and make your workout efficent! Good luck!
