I’m 4 weeks and 2 days and I have a treadmill and I walk everyday to work(10 minutes away). I use to do 30 minutes vigorous, how fast can I go now on the treadmill? What other exercise I can do?

Before accepting the advice of anyone online, I would strongly recommend that you ask your doctor. Walking and swimming are both great….but consult your doctor. Are you considered a high risk pregnancy? If so, that could alter your excercise habits
there is no problem with the treadmill. as much as you’re up, which is usually not that quick because you feel tired.
Walkingisgreat when your pregnant,it will keep you fit and also help with the labor and delivery. You can pretty much do the exercises you used to…there are some you need to stay away from like ones where you have to strain alot…do not lift heavy weights..Look on the net or at a library for some info..When I was pregnant I read Denise Austins books..she has a Pregnancy workout book with alot of workouts you can do and good diets also…good luck.
Bungee jumping can be great.. As well as hockey, football, rugby, goalie in soccer, boxing, pig wrestling, sky diving, competitive eating, october fest games.
Anything you did before you were pregnant you can do after your pregnant unless your doctor tells you differently (he/she will only advise you not to if your a highrisk pregnancy). You just have to watch your body and make sure your listening, if it if really tired, rest, make sure you drink lots of fluids too, very important..
Hope this hlps, best of luck.

PS Im 9 weeks pregnant.
Usually you are OK to do anything that you did prior to conception. Check with your caregiver though, in case you have some special circumstances.
Swimming is usually considered great exercise for PG women as well as yoga.
I know that swimming is really good for you while your pregnant.
